Thomas Barker/The Hutchinson NewsA disappointed group of Kansas Boy Scouts wait outside the State Fairgrounds' Bison Arena Saturday for their turn to be put inside a giant bubble, a feat performed by "Bubble Man" Ron Tibbetts. Tibbetts tried to surround 400 Boy Scouts with a giant bubbly film, but the bubble burst prematurely on each attempt.
